Order Cancellation
Please check the size, color, quantity, receiver, shipping address and other information carefully before payment. Once the order has been generated, it cannot be easily modified.
You should submit a Contact Us help ticket as soon as you wish to cancel the order. We DO NOT accept cancellation requests once the orders have been shipped.
We are amazed if you are not 100% satisfied with the items you receive and are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
1. Contact our customer service representative by sending us a ticket in your account. Indicate which items you would like to return and state the reason for your return.
2. Put the items in their original packaging and seal the package securely.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office.
4. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or refund to your account according to our return policy.
Return Policy
1. You have fourteen (14) days after receipt of goods to decide whether an item is suitable for you. Otherwise, you can safely come to us within 14 days of receipt.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bikinis, tankinis, one-piece swimwear and lingerie.
3. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
4. We do not accept returned items that are returned directly by you without first checking with us. The address on the logistic list is not our return address.
5. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. We will refund the customer after receiving the package. The customer will receive the refund money within 2 days via PayPal. The customer will receive the refund within 7 days by credit card.
Refunds
If you need to return the items, the shipping fee you paid when you placed your order will not be refunded. We only refund the cost of clothing.
Note: Upon receipt of the returned package, the applicable shipping cost for free shipping orders will be deducted.
