How do I open a dispute?
If you are not satisfied with the package you received and want to open a dispute. Please follow the steps below:
1) Login to your account and go to the "My Account" section.
2) Click the "Open a Dispute" button.
On this page, note the problem with your order and provide as much detail as possible. Then the customer service staff will get back to you within 24 (working days) / 48 (weekends) hours.
We therefore recommend that you regularly check your account information.

Situations where we do not handle your dispute
When a return or exchange case is opened, the following key information provided in a timely manner (within 7 calendar days of receiving your package) will speed up the return and exchange process:
Exact order number and your email account
Clear reasons for the Return or Exchange
High-quality pictures or videos help explain the problem
Delivery information, including shipping method and tracking number, within one week of receiving our return notification for your item.
