1, How to register?

Click on "Account" at the top right of our website. You can register with Facebook, Google +, Amazon or your email account.



2, Do I need to register before I can place an order?

No, you do not have to. You can place the order directly on our website without having to register. The next time you change another computer, the initial order information will not appear. If you wish, you can also register on our website.



Order & Payment



1, Can I change or cancel my order?

If you have not paid for the order, you can change it and order again. Once you have completed payment for your order, you have 24 hours to cancel or change it for any reason. If more than 24 hours has passed, please send a request to our customer service "service@YAGESHARK.com" asking for your order support.



2. Do you offer customized services?

We are sorry that we do not currently offer a bespoke service. The items correspond exactly to our website and the description on our website.

Please check the size chart on the item's product page to see measurements. Most of our items are marked as S/M/L/XL/2XL size. And the unit includes cm and inches.



7, What is free size?

This means that only one size is available for the item. In general, a medium size fits most customers. If you are still unsure, please check the product size chart to see the detail measurements.



Shipping & Handling



1, Where is my order coming from?

Our main fulfillment center is located in China. All of our garments are shipped from our fulfillment center.



2, what delivery companies do you use?

We only use safe and reputable delivery companies like DHL.UPS. USPS, Post etc.



3, What is the shipping cost?

Free standard shipping, $10.00 USD for expedited shipping.



4, Is there any additional fee or tax?

For most countries, our customers don't need to pay any import fee. Customs duties or Valued Additional Tax. However, in some European countries, our customers may need to pay the duty or VAT according to your country's levying rules.



5, Do you ship to PO BOX and APO/FPO/AFP military addresses?

We can only ship to these addresses via standard mail (approx. 2 weeks for delivery). If you would like to receive the items via fast $hipping (in 10 days), please provide a physical address.



6, How do I track my order status?

Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email with the order information. You can also log into our website and track your order from "Account > Order History" at the top right of our website. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email with the tracking number for your package.
